Do you do repairs?

Yes. We work with a team of highly skilled designers and craftsmen who handle any and all repairs. At Pageo, not only do we sell one-of-a-kind jewelry, but we will repair any of your existing pieces to maintain their beauty. We work with top-notch jewelers and goldsmiths who take pride in services provided. Resizing, restringing, stone cutting, tightening and/or replacing missing stones, chain replacement … you name it, we can do it! Watch not keeping time? Have our skilled watchmaker take a look. We offer battery replacements, overhauls, water-pressure tests, new straps and link adjustments.

How much do you charge for repairs?

Cost of repairs vary per the job. We can supply an estimate before any work is performed should you request one.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 10 business days. The complexity of the repair will determine the time frame outside of this general time frame.

Do you offer appraisals?

Yes. All jewelry purchased at Pageo Jewelers is accompanied by a complimentary appraisal upon request. Jewelry not purchased at Pageo is $100.00 for the first item and $50.00 per additional item. Jewelry must be left at the store for evaluation. If you prefer not to do this, please call or email to schedule an appointment.

Do you buy jewelry and gold?

Yes. Please contact our Newton location to schedule an appointment.

Do you do custom design?

Yes. Family heirlooms or outdated pieces from your collections can be recreated to meet today’s fashion trends. Work with our jewelry experts to design exciting pieces that can be once again enjoyed and valued for years to come.

What is your return policy?

In-store Purchases...We accept merchandise for return with 5 days of the date of purchase for store credit only. Returns must be made in person to one of our physical locations.

Online Purchases... If you would like to return your online purchase, you must contact us within 3 days from date of delivery for a full refund. After the 3rd day of delivery, purchases can be returned for credit only.

Please call our Newton location at 617-964-4940 to request a Return Authorization approval.

Returned merchandise must be in original, new condition. Please be aware that sale items, exchanged items, custom orders, special orders and altered or sized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Our shipping procedures and instructions, explained below, must be followed carefully to ensure the safe shipment of your return. We are happy to clarify any of these steps and we can be reached at our Newton location at 617-964-4940 or submit a message on our 'contact' page.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. Online orders must be shipped to 843 Beacon Street, Newton, MA 04259. When we receive your return, we will review it. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. To be eligible for return, your purchase 1) must have original sales receipt, 2) should not show signs of wear or damage, 3) may not be engraved, resized, or altered in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 3 days for online purchases and 5 days for in-store purchases that does not meet the above requirements. For online orders, refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns typically take no more that 5 days to process. Your refund should appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing periods, depending on the date of return.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping for items over $300 is free.  We offer overnight shipping and insurance for $50.   Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing before items are shipped.  Overnight shipping is available on in stock items only and not available on weekends.   For returns, customer is responsible for any and all shipping and insurance costs.
