Founded by his grandfather in 1920, the Italian tradition of fine jewelry is carried on today by Daniele Valabrega at Vaid. "Our vision could be compared to any well-known fashion house. We see the trends, changes in color, but we still filter the change through our own classic vision."
The name Vaid, explains Daniele, is comprised of the "Va," the first two letters of his surname and "id" for "ideas." Their expert use of color in gemstones and metals has made their work a favorite of women self-purchasers.
"That's what we strive for everyday at Vaid: to make beautiful jewelry that is really relevant to the way a woman lives in the 21st century."
